Exemplification essay of data security and privacy
Data security is considered in the following meanings:
- state (quality) of a particular object (as an object can act information, data, resources, automated system, automated system, enterprise information system, society, state, etc.);
- activities aimed at ensuring a secure state of the object (in this sense is more often used term "protected information").
Privacy is a value provided by law for the integrity of personal life.

The right to privacy includes:

- ban on any collection, storage, use or dissemination of the data about the private life of a person without his consent;
- right to control information about themselves;
- right to defend the honor and good name;
- right to the protection of personal data;
- right to privacy of communication (sometimes formalized as a separate law);
- inviolability of the home (sometimes formalized as a separate law);
- medical confidentiality, secrecy of adoption, the secrecy of confession, and other types of professional secrecy.

In broad terms, privacy is the right to protect individuals’ actions and information, for example, the right to privacy includes the provision of personal and family secrets, protection of personal data, home, etc. In the narrow sense, the right to privacy includes the protection of only a very narrow sphere of human activity, which has no legal content (friendships, etc.). In many countries, formally declared human rights are not always followed in practice. Privacy, even guaranteed by law and the Constitution, often remains on paper.
