On analyzing the negative impact of smoking on human health, it is important to dwell upon three issues, the bone mass, lungs, and cardio-vascular system.
The impact of smoking on bone mass

The impact of smoking on lungs

At the same time, the impact of smoking on lungs can hardly be underestimated. Many specialists (Limentani, 1999) remind that smoking is one of the major factors that may provoke the development of such serious disease as lung cancer as well as many other health problems, especially those related to functioning of lungs. In addition, smoking affects lungs above all because it has the direct impact on lungs. In this regard, health care professionals and companies producing and selling cigarettes are responsible for the health of smokers and informing smokers about the potential negative impact of smoking on their health (Limentani, 1999).

The impact of smoking on the cardiovascular system

Finally, smoking has an extremely negative impact on the cardiovascular system. Numerous researches show that the death rate provoked by cardio-vascular diseases in the US is the highest, whereas smoking is one of the major risk factors that lead to the development of cardio-vascular diseases (Studer et al, 2005). In actuality, specialists (Studer et al, 2005) argue that smoking increases consistently the risk of the development of cardio-vascular diseases, whereas giving up smoking and active lifestyle can prevent the development of such diseases.

Thus, taking into account all above mentioned, it is important to lay emphasis on the fact that smoking does have a negative impact on human health. In this regard, it is possible to single out the bone mass, lungs, and cardio-vascular systems as the most vulnerable systems to the negative impact of smoking. In such a context, it is important to focus on the study of the impact of smoking on these systems and conduct quantitative analysis of such impact to find out factual evidence of the negative impact of smoking on human health.
